These terms govern your use of HypeSMM (the "Panel"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Panel.

1. What we provide

HypeSMM sells social media marketing services for Telegram and other platforms, including channel and group members, premium members, post views, reactions, comments, boosts, poll votes and bot starts. Each service lists its own start time, speed, refill terms and order limits before you buy.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details private.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account and for any orders placed from it.
  • One person or business should use one account. Accounts created to abuse promotions or refills may be closed.
  • We never ask for your Telegram password, phone number or login code. Anyone who does is not us.

3. Orders

  • Orders are placed from your prepaid balance and start automatically, usually within minutes.
  • You must supply the correct public link for the service you chose. Orders placed with a wrong or private link may fail and are not refundable once delivery has started.
  • Do not change your username, make a channel private, or revoke an invite link while an order is running, as this stops delivery.
  • Do not place a second order on the same link before the first one completes; the start count becomes unreliable.
  • Quantities may be delivered slightly above the amount ordered. This is normal and is not charged.

4. Refills and cancellations

  • Services marked with a refill period are covered for that period. Request a refill from the Orders page.
  • Refills apply only to the link in the original order and only while the refill period is active.
  • Where a service supports cancellation, an order can be cancelled before or during delivery; the undelivered part is returned to your balance.
  • Partial orders are refunded automatically for the part that was not delivered.

5. Payments and balance

  • Balance is added through the payment methods shown on the Add funds page, and is held in your account for future orders.
  • Balance is for buying services on the Panel. We do not provide cash withdrawals of unused balance.
  • Prices can change at any time as provider costs change. The price shown when you order is the price you pay.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting support first may result in the account being suspended.

6. Refunds

If an order cannot be delivered, the amount is returned to your account balance. We do not refund orders that were delivered as described, orders placed with an incorrect link, or drops that fall outside a service's refill period.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Panel for content that is illegal, or that promotes hate, violence, or harm to others.
  • Do not order services for channels, groups or accounts you do not own or have permission to promote.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Panel or its API.

8. API and resellers

Resellers may connect a child panel, bot or store through our API. You are responsible for your own customers, your prices, and the support you provide them. Your API key is private; keep it safe and reset it if you suspect it has been exposed.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Panel and its services available at all times, but delivery speeds depend on upstream platforms and can change without notice. Services can be paused, changed or withdrawn when a platform changes how it works.

10. Privacy

  • We store the details you provide (such as your email) and the data needed to run your orders, including the links you submit and your payment records.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • Payment processing is handled by the payment providers shown at checkout, under their own terms.
  • You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by opening a support ticket, except where we must keep records for accounting or legal reasons.

11. Platform independence

HypeSMM is an independent SMM panel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the Panel means you accept the current version.
